01: Inadequate Contact Status For big Contact Lists the status of some contacts may not be the real one (e.g. a contact is displayed as offline even if he is on-line). For these users the Contact List popup menu will not be displayed and you will not be able to open a Conversation window to communicate with them. This bug is caused probably because some users are using newer versions of the Yahoo!® protocol or probably it is a bug of the jYMSG API. A new login will probably fix the problem for some contacts, but the bug can appear for others. 02: Strange Contact List display/behavior Sometimes the details for all the contacts in the list are delayed due to network problems, so the Contact List will have a strange look/behavior. It will not look like a tree. The problem can be solved by accessing the Refresh Contact List (F5) option from the Contacts menu of the jY! Buddy List window. |
